The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Executive Engineer (C)-I, Vadodara, invites open bids from highly competent and experienced contractors for a comprehensive and significant civil, electrical, and composite works project. This tender, referenced as NIT/RFP No. 11/02/SE-Vadodara/EE(C)-I/2026-27, encompasses the "Construction of School Building(G plus1), Girls Hostel(G plus 2), Boys Hostel (G plus 2), Kitchen and Dining, Principal Quarter, Type-II Qtrs -10 Nos (G plus 2), Type-III Qtrs. - 16 Nos (G plus 1), Warden Residence -2 Nos, Compound Wall, Security room, Internal CC roads, Internal Water Supply, Sanitary Installation, Drainage, 2 Nos. Borewell, UG sumps, Septic tank, Sport facilities and providing internal Electrical installations, Street Lighting, Substation Equipment, DG sets and fire fighting system including Development and bulk services at Jhagadia, Village - Rupaniya, Distt. Bharuch (Gujarat)." With an estimated project cost of ₹ 40,92,34,242, the successful bidder will be allotted 450 days for completion. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 60,72,342 is required, payable to the Executive Engineer, Vadodara Central Division, CPWD, Vadodara, through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG. The tender was e-published on 12th June 2026, with bid submission commencing simultaneously and closing on 27th June 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened shortly thereafter on 27th June 2026 at 03:30 PM.
