This includes the operation of internal electrical installations, fans, light fittings, substation equipment, fire fighting sprinkler systems, and fire alarm systems, along with maintenance of internal electrical installations, fans, and the operation of lifts. The estimated cost of the work is ₹31,44,696, and the time allowed for completion is 12 months.
