Work Description - Tender For Canteen Services

Delhi University, through Mr. Jitendra Singh of Shivaji College, invites open tenders for providing Canteen Services. This is a Item Rate contract with an estimated value of ₹8,00,000. Interested bidders must submit a fixed EMD of ₹50,000 and a tender fee of ₹2,000, payable to the Principal, Shivaji College. Both tender fee and EMD exemptions are allowed as per the guidelines. The tender process involves a two-cover system: the first cover requires scanned copies of the tender fee, EMD, GST certificate, PAN No., incorporation certificate, supporting documents as per the NIT, tender acceptance letter, technical data sheet, an undertaking duly attested by a notary regarding obtaining FSSAI license within one month after award of canteen contract and the second cover includes the price bid undertaking and the BOQ in .xls format. The e-publication date is September 16, 2025, with document download and bid submission starting on September 16, 2025, and September 17, 2025, respectively. The deadline for document download and bid submission is October 8, 2025, at 01:00 PM. The bid opening date is October 9, 2025, at 01:30 PM at Shivaji College. Bids will remain valid for 365 days.
