Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL), a Public Sector Undertaking, invites open tenders for the selection of a consortium partner for the Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of the 120 MWp Wobthang Solar PV Power Plant project in Bhutan.
