Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), a Public Sector Undertaking, is pleased to announce an open tender for the comprehensive construction of residential towers and associated facilities at Bacheli, Chhattisgarh, as part of the capacity expansion of Bailadila Iron Ore Deposit-5 by NMDC. This significant project, designated with Tender Reference Number RVNL/WAT/NMDC/BCHL/SLT2, encompasses the construction of ten Type-III residential towers, five Type-IV residential towers, one Type-V residential tower, a staff hostel, an executive studio apartment, a transit and apprentice hostel, one Type-VII bungalow, and two Type-VI bungalows, all under EPC mode. The scope of work further includes extensive site development, internal civil works, water supply, fire-fighting systems, external electrical installations, and demolishing works. Bids will be accepted for submission starting on July 23, 2026, 07:15 PM, and the closing date for submissions is August 19, 2026, 05:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for August 20, 2026, at 03:00 PM. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for this tender is INR 20,000,000, and there is no tender fee.
