The Public Works Department, through the Executive Engineer of DIVN. SOUTH EAST ROAD-2, PWD, Sukhdev Vihar, New Delhi, invites eligible contractors to participate in an Open Tender for "A/R and MO to various roads under PWD Division SER-2 during 2026-27 (SH- Repair of various roads under Sub Division South East Road-23, New Delhi)." Cover 1, designated for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents, mandates the submission of scanned copies of the EMD, a valid contractor registration/enlistment order (especially for CPWD contractors), and comprehensive work experience for non-CPWD contractors, which must include private work experience accompanied by CA-certified TDS documents. Further technical submissions include copies of GST registration, PAN card, an undertaking on letterhead, ESIC and EPFO registration or an undertaking, proof of ownership or a valid Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a Batch Type Hot Mix Plant (HMP), and a valid pollution certificate/NOC for operating the HMP. Bidders must also upload the official NIT document and provide self-attested current correspondence details.
