Work Description - Annual Comprehensive Maintenance And Operation Of Hospital Management System Installed In Dem Centre

The Public Works Department, under the Government of Delhi, is issuing an Open Tender for the Annual Comprehensive Maintenance and Operation of the Hospital Management System installed in the DEM Centre at GTB Hospital Complex, Shahdara, Delhi. This is a Works tender with a Tender Value of ₹55,27,362 and an EMD of ₹1,10,547, calculated at 2.0% of the tender value. The period of work is 365 days. Bidders are required to submit their bids in two covers: Cover 1 will contain Fee/PreQual/Technical documents including scanned copies of insurance surety bonds, EMD instruments, GST registration and returns, electrical license, affidavit, and other required documents as per the NIT, along with a scanned receipt of EMD deposition. Cover 2 will exclusively contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The tender documents will be available for download from August 25, 2026, 12:45 PM, and the bid submission period will commence on August 25, 2026, 12:50 PM, closing on September 1, 2026, at 03:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for September 1, 2026, at 03:30 PM at the office of EE (E) HMED (East) PWD GTB Hospital Complex, Shahdara, Delhi. There is no tender fee for this procurement. Withdrawal of bids is permitted. All bids will have a validity of 30 days.
