The Public Works Department, Government of NCT of Delhi, through its Executive Engineer F-21, PWD, New Delhi, is pleased to invite tenders for Consultancy Services. This tender, identified by Tender Reference Number 02/SE(F-5)/PWD/GNCTD/2026-27, seeks proposals for conducting two critical feasibility studies. The first study pertains to an Elevated Road over the Karawal Nagar Drain, connecting Ankur Enclave to Gokalpur Metro Station. The second study involves the construction of an Elevated Road on Guru Harkishan Road No. 43, specifically from Britannia Chowk to the Outer Ring Road via Sha. The estimated tender value for this comprehensive consultancy work is ₹3,21,64,360, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹6,43,287, representing 2.0% of the tender value. The period of work is stipulated as 150 days. This is an open tender process with two covers, where Cover 1 will contain Fee/PreQual/Technical documents, and Cover 2 will contain the Financial Bid (BOQ). The Bid Submission period commences on July 29, 2026, at 09:00 AM and concludes on August 14, 2026, at 03:00 PM, coinciding with the document download end date. The Bid Opening will take place on August 14, 2026, at 03:30 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer F-21, PWD, Delhi. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 23, 2026, at 09:00 AM at the office of the Superintending Engineer (F-5), PWD, Flyover Zone, Under Ring Road Flyover, Opposite IGI Stadium Gate No. 9, New Delhi. Prospective bidders are encouraged to review all tender documents, including NIT conditions on pages 21 to 22, and the BOQ in .xls format. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing integrated transit corridor development and street network connectivity plans, alongside detailed design of intersections and midsections, based on the conducted traffic and feasibility studies.
