The Public Works Department, through its Executive Engineer (Electrical), JED-2 PWD, located at O/o EE(E), JED-2 PWD 13th Floor, MSO Bldg.ND, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Reference Number: 51/EE(E)/JED-02/PWD/2026-27) for essential Works. This tender encompasses the Annual Repair and Maintenance Operations (ARMO) of various electrical and mechanical services at the District Court, Rohini, Delhi. A special component of this work involves the festive illumination of the Court Building and Lawyers Chamber with warm white LED lamps on significant national holidays including Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti, Constitutional Day, and Republic Day. The estimated Tender Value for this project is ₹18,88,020, with a mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹37,760. The EMD is payable to the Executive Engineer (E), PWD, EMD M-252, New Delhi, at Delhi, and can be submitted via Demand Draft, FDR, Bankers Cheque, or Bank Guarantee.
