The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "Grant of authorization for laying, building, operating or expanding Petroleum and Petroleum Product Pipeline (LPG) from Ennore to Puducherry" with Tender Reference Number BID/PPPL/28/2025/13/EPPL.
