Work Description - Limited Rfp Selection Of System Integrator To Implement And Provide O And M Services Of Etc System At Toll Plazas On National Highways

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), through the Indian Highways Management Company Limited (IHMCL), invites tenders for the Limited RFP Selection of a System Integrator to implement and provide Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services for the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) System at toll plazas on National Highways. This is a limited tender with Tender Reference Number IHMCL/N-LTE-RFP/ ETC-Imp-OM/2025/18. The key objective is to select a competent firm for the operational upkeep of the ETC infrastructure. The estimated period of work is 1095 days from the signing of contract. The tender documents can be downloaded from 05-May-2025, until 20-May-2025 (03:00 PM). Bids must be submitted electronically between 05-May-2025 (06:15 PM) and 20-May-2025 (03:00 PM). A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹9,00,000.00 is required, payable to IHMCL in NEW DELHI.
