The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), a Public Sector Undertaking, invites open tenders for the DEVELOPMENT, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF WAYSIDE AMENITIES ON DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF NATIONAL HIGHWAY ON LEASE BASIS IN HARYANA-PUNJAB (DBOT-13 SITES). This is a works contract with Tender Reference Number NHLML/WSA/DBOT/NZ/Hr-Pb/13/25. The tender documents can be downloaded from 22-Mar-2025 02:00 PM until 03-Jul-2025 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 22-Mar-2025 02:00 PM and 03-Jul-2025 03:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 04-Jul-2025 at 03:30 PM at NHLML HQ. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,00,000 is required, payable to NHLML at NEW DELHI, and a tender fee of ₹23,600 is also payable to NHLML at NEW DELHI. The contract period is 10950 days, and the bid validity is 180 days. Two covers are required, one for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents including scanned copies of Tender Cost, EMD, Power of Attorney and Technical documents; and a second cover for the Financial Proposal. Offline payment modes are accepted.
