The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), through National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML), invites open tenders for the DEVELOPMENT, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF WAYSIDE AMENITIES ON DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF NATIONAL HIGHWAY ON LEASE BASIS IN THE STATES OF BIHAR, UTTAR PRADESH AND WEST BENGAL ON DBOT BASIS at Saray Maddu. This is a Works tender with reference number NHLML/2025/WSA/EAST/DBOT. The tender documents can be downloaded from 18-Jul-2025 11:30 AM to 01-Sep-2025 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 18-Jul-2025 11:30 AM and 01-Sep-2025 03:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 02-Sep-2025 03:30 PM at NHLML HQ. A fixed EMD of ₹5,00,000 and a tender fee of ₹23,600 are required, payable to NHLML at NEW DELHI. The contract period is 10950 days, and bids must remain valid for 180 days. Two covers are required: one for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents including scanned copies of tender cost, EMD, power of attorney, and technical documents, and another for the financial proposal. Accepted payment instruments include Demand Draft, FDR, Bankers Cheque, Bank Guarantee, NEFT, R-T-G-S, Insurance Surety Bond and others.
