The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for electrical works as per NIT No. 69/EE(BM-I)/2025-26. The project, located at Tilak Marg, New Delhi, involves work described in detail within the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) document. Interested bidders can download the tender documents starting from December 24, 2025, at 06:00 PM and must submit their bids by January 1, 2026, at 04:00 PM. Bids will be opened on January 1, 2026, at 04:30 PM at the office of Er. Balbir Singh, Executive Engineer (E)BM-I, located at 3rd Floor Mohan Singh Place BKS Marg Connaught Place New Delhi. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,134 is required, payable to Secretary NDMC in New Delhi. The tender process consists of two covers: the first containing fee/prequalification/technical documents, and the second containing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The successful contractor must ensure all equipment, including speakers and PA systems, are installed by 5:00 PM on January 22, 2026, and ready for rehearsal by 4:00 AM on January 23, 2026. The work has a short period of 2 days for completion, and the bid validity is 75 days. Payment will be facilitated through ECS or NEFT. Tender documents, including the NIT and BOQ, are available for download. No tender fee is required.
