The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) invites open tenders for the "Construction/ Improvement Development Gali No. 01, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13 and their links by pdg. RMC and Brick work at Ramesh Park in Ward No. 201 Lalita Park, AC-58 Laxmi Nagar, Shahdara South Zone" with Tender Reference Number MCD/EE(M)-IV/Sh.S/2025-26/37.4. This is a percentage form of contract with a tender value of ₹4,53,83,467. The tender documents can be downloaded from December 26, 2025, 04:00 PM until January 02, 2026, 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online between December 26, 2025, 04:00 PM and January 02, 2026, 03:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹9,80,500 and a tender fee of ₹1,770 are required, payable online. Bids will be opened on January 02, 2026, at 03:10 PM at the office of EE M IV SSZ, School Block Shakarpur, Delhi-110092. The work is to be completed within 120 days, and the bid validity period is 150 days. Valid MCD registration or documents outside registered contractor as per Circular No2810 dt.28.12.23 is mandatory for cover 1 and price BOQ should be submitted for cover 2.
