The Ministry of External Affairs invites Expression of Interest (EOI) under Tender Reference Number ula/prop/673/01/2025 for availing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the part redevelopment of the Embassy Plot to create additional infrastructure, specifically the construction of an Embassy residence and 14 staff residences for the Embassy of India in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, on a Design and Build Mode. The estimated tender value is ₹2,85,00,000 and the project is expected to be completed within 1000 days.
