The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for civil works involving the Repair/Replacement and Maintenance of Sewage Lines, Manholes including attending to day-to-day complaints, and certain other miscellaneous Building Repair works of drains, boundary walls, and fencing at various military locations under GE (South) Delhi. The estimated tender value is ₹45,00,000 and the period of work is 180 days. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000 is required, payable to GE South Delhi Cantt at Delhi Cantt-110010, permissible through BG/ST or EMD Exemption. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to GE South Delhi Cantt at Delhi Cantt-110010. Key dates include the document download and sale starting and ending on 20-Jun-2025 05:00 PM and 11-Jul-2025 06:00 PM respectively, with bid submission starting on 04-Jul-2025 03:00 PM and ending on 11-Jul-2025 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 18-Jul-2025 11:00 AM at GE South Delhi Cantt-10. Interested bidders are required to submit scanned copies of the DD for tender cost, application on the firm's letterhead, MES enlistment letter, provident fund code (if applicable), GST registration, documents required for enlistment (for un-enlisted firms), an affidavit stating no outstanding recovery from any Government Department (for un-enlisted firms), and residual workload details. Tender documents, the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and the Schedule of Credit are also required. This is an Item Rate contract, and withdrawal is allowed. Tenderers should note that the bid validity is 60 days and must be submitted offline.
