The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, acting through GE NEW DELHI, invites open tenders for "WELCOME MAINT INCLUDING CERTAIN CONNECTED REPAIR WORKS IN MD OFFICERS ENCLAVE AT SP MARG UNDER GE NEW DELHI," as detailed in Tender Reference Number NIT No GE/ND-23/2025-26. This item rate contract necessitates the submission of bids in two covers. Cover 1 requires scanned copies of application, DD for EMD, firm enlistment, GST and EPF registration, details of similar works, documents meeting MES enlistment criteria (for un-enlisted contractors), and MOU. Cover 2 should contain the BOQ. The estimated period of work is 180 days. The tender document can be downloaded starting June 17, 2025, 6:00 PM and the last date for document download and bid submission is July 8, 2025, 6:00 PM. Bids will be opened on July 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM at GE NEW DELHI, located at Sardar Patel Marg (Sp Marg), gate No. 5, Near ABHM, New Delhi-110021. A fixed EMD of ₹90,000 is required, payable to GE NEW DELHI at DELHI CANTT, and tender fee is ₹500, payable at DELHI CANTT. Both EMD and Tender fee exemptions are allowed.
