E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for miscellaneous works, specifically for repairs to wooden and steel furniture at MD ACCN NSB-I, II, III and NCS Chanakyapuri and special furniture items at NOM Varuna, along with repairs and polishing/painting to certain wooden and steel furniture under GE New Delhi. The project, referenced as NIT No GE/ND-67/2025-26, is an item-rate contract with a work period of 180 days. Interested parties can download tender documents from August 7, 2025, 06:00 PM until August 26, 2025, 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between August 20, 2025, 09:00 AM and August 26, 2025, 06:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for August 28, 2025, at 09:00 AM at GE New Delhi, SP Marg NAR ABHM Gate No 5, Pincode 110021. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000 is required, payable to GE NEW DELHI at DELHI CANTT, and a tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to the same. EMD exemption is allowed. The tender encompasses a two-cover system. Cover 1 includes scanned copies of the application, DD for EMD, enlistment documents, GST and EPF registration, details of similar works executed, and affidavits meeting MES enlistment criteria for un-enlisted contractors. Cover 2 should contain the BOQ. Bids will remain valid for 60 days.
