The estimated tender value is ₹48,00,000 with a period of work of 180 days. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹96,000 is required, payable to GE South Delhi Cantt at Delhi Cantt-110010, with EMD exemption allowed through BG/ST. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to GE South Delhi Cantt at Delhi Cantt-110010.
