The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "MAINT AND REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE WIRING MCBs, MCCBs, DBs, LIGHT SUMMER AND WINTER APPLIANCES INCLUDING ATTENDING DAY TO DAY PETTY COMPLAINTS AT DGIS, WARDEC, IML, 1CBPO UNDER AGE E/M OF GE SOUTH DELHI CANTT-10" at GE South Delhi Cantt-10. This is an item rate contract with an estimated tender value of ₹45,00,000. The tender reference number is GE/TOKEN-59/2025-26. A fixed EMD of ₹90,000 is required, payable to GE South Delhi Cantt, and can be submitted through BG/ST or EMD exemption is allowed. The tender fee is ₹500, payable to GE South Delhi Cantt, and no exemption is allowed for tender fee. Key dates include document download ending and bid submission deadline on August 28, 2025, at 06:00 PM, and bid opening on August 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents. This includes the DD for the cost of the tender, application on the company letterhead for tender issuance, enlistment letter in MES, provident fund code number (if applicable), GST registration number, and for un-enlisted firms all documents required for enlistment, an affidavit stating that no recovery is outstanding in any Govt. Deptt, and the residual workload in hand as on bid submission end date. The period of work is 180 days and the bid validity is 60 days. Payment for the tender fee and EMD can be made via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft.
