The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, specifically GE NEW DELHI, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR/ MAINT OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND REPAIR/ MAINT OF WATER SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION LINES, PUMP, FOUNTAIN AND CLEANING OF SUMP/ TANK ALONGWITH ITS CONNECTED WORKS AT SANGLI APARTMENTS UNDER GE NEW DELHI" as detailed in NIT No GE/ND-54/2025-26. The tender documents can be downloaded from August 5th, 2025, at 06:00 PM until August 23rd, 2025, at 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted starting August 16th, 2025, at 09:00 AM and no later than August 23rd, 2025, at 06:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on August 26th, 2025, at 09:00 AM at GE NEW DELHI, SP MARG NAR ABHM GATE NO 5, Pincode 110021. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹82,336 is required, payable to GE NEW DELHI at DELHI CANTT. The tender fee is ₹500, also payable to GE NEW DELHI. Interested bidders must submit the scanned copies of required documents including application, DD, firm enlistment, GST and EPF registration details, similar works details, and relevant affidavits meeting the MES enlistment criteria in Cover 1, and the BOQ in Cover 2. The estimated period of work is 180 days. The validity of the bid is 60 days. EMD Exemption is Allowed.
