E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through GE South Delhi Cantt-10, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR/MAINT OF UG CABLES, LT PANELS, SECURITY LIGHTS, GARDEN LIGHTS AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES AT MANESAR ARMY CAMP, DUNDAHERA MIL STN AND INDUBINOLA UNIVERSITY UNDER AGE E/M OF GE(SOUTH) DELHI CANTT-10." This is a Works contract with an estimated value of ₹40,00,000 and a completion period of 180 days. The tender documents are available for download from September 4th, 2025, 06:30 PM until September 25th, 2025, 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between September 18th, 2025, 03:00 PM and September 25th, 2025, 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for September 27th, 2025, at 11:00 AM at GE South Delhi Cantt-10. A tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 are required, payable offline via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft in favor of GE South Delhi Cantt, payable at Delhi Cantt-110010. EMD exemption is allowed. Interested bidders must submit scanned copies of the DD for tender cost, application letter, enlistment letter in MES, provident fund code (if applicable), GST registration, relevant documents for un-enlisted firms including an affidavit confirming no outstanding recoveries, and residual workload details as per NIT No. 1 in Cover 1.
