The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE South Delhi Cantt-10, invites open tenders for the "MAINT AND REPAIR WKS TO ROOFS, PARAPET, CHAJJAS, JOINERY ITEMS AND CERTAIN OTHER B/R WORKS INCLUDING OTHER B/R ALLIED WKS AT OFFICER MD ACCN LOWER AND UPPER SHANKAR VIHAR UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (SOUTH) DELHI CANTT-10". This is an item rate contract with an estimated tender value of ₹48,00,000 and a work completion period of 180 days. The tender documents, including the BOQ and schedule of credits, can be downloaded from 10-Nov-2025 04:00 PM to 01-Dec-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 24-Nov-2025 03:00 PM and 01-Dec-2025 06:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹96,000 is required, payable to GE South Delhi Cantt, with exemption allowed via BG/ST. A tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable and payable to GE South Delhi Cantt. The bid opening date is scheduled for 03-Dec-2025 11:00 AM at GE South Delhi Cantt-10.
