The Department of Fertilizers, operating under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, through the Hindustan Urvarak And Rasayan Ltd, is inviting bids for comprehensive Cab and Taxi Hiring Services. This tender, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7875009, will commence on August 10, 2026, at 3:01 PM and conclude on August 31, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The services required encompass a variety of vehicle types and durations, including monthly basis hiring for premium sedan petrol vehicles and sedan/MUV petrol plus CNG vehicles, each requiring 12 hours of operation daily for 26 working days per month, with an estimated monthly run of 2500 Kms. Additionally, the tender includes long-term wet leasing of Electric Vehicles, specifically TATA Tigor EV models (XM, XT, XE variants), with a similar operational requirement of 12 hours per day for 26 working days on a monthly basis. The scope also extends to short-term hiring for sedan and MUV petrol plus CNG vehicles for local use, operating at 80 Kms over 12 hours, as well as short-term electric vehicle local hiring at 80 Kms over 12 hours. Furthermore, bids are sought for short-term outstation hiring of premium SUV and premium sedan diesel vehicles, with a daily limit of 225 Kms, and sedan outstation petrol plus CNG vehicles also with a daily limit of 225 Kms.
