Work Description - Round The Clock Operation And Watch And Ward Including Prive Maintenance Of Permanent Electrical Pump House At Tilangpur Kotla Site Under The Jurisdiction Of Fc-iii.

The Executive Engineer, Mechanical Division-III, under the Irrigation and Flood Control, a State Government organisation, invites eligible and qualified bidders to participate in an Open Tender for the "R/M of Flood Fighting Pumps for the year 2026-27," bearing Tender Reference Number EE/MD-III/31/2026-27 and Tender ID 2026_IFC_293752_1. This critical Works contract encompasses the round-the-clock operation, vigilant watch and ward duties, and comprehensive preventive maintenance of the Permanent Electrical Pump House situated at Tilangpur Kotla site, falling under the jurisdiction of FC-III. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring seamless functionality of these vital flood-fighting assets for a period of 365 days. Bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹63,760, which is 2.0% of the estimated value, payable to the "EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, MECHANICAL DIVISION-III" at SBI TIS HAZARI DELHI, primarily via Demand Draft or FDR.
