This Open Tender seeks to establish a Rate Contract for the procurement of Alcohol Resistant-Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AR-AFFF), categorized under "Chemical - All," to supply its Refineries Division and Marketing Division locations across India for a period of 730 days.
