Work Description - A/r And M/o Sanitation Works At Iit Delhi

The Director-Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Delhi), through its Executive Engineer (Civil Division-II), invites eligible and experienced contractors to participate in an Open Tender (Reference Number: IITD/WORKS (SP-5345)/2026) for "A/R and M/O Sanitation Works at IIT Delhi." This significant works contract, valued at an estimated ₹27,86,225, involves comprehensive annual repair and maintenance of sanitation facilities within the IIT Delhi campus, located at Hauz Khas, New Delhi-110016, with a stipulated work period of 365 days. Prospective bidders can download tender documents and commence bid submission from July 14, 2026, at 03:00 PM. The deadline for document download and bid submission is July 21, 2026, at 03:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on July 22, 2026, at 03:00 PM at the Stores and Purchase section, IIT Delhi. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹55,725 is required, payable to the Registrar IIT Delhi at New Delhi, and must be submitted through Demand Draft, Pay Order, Bankers Cheque, Deposit at Call Receipt, or FDR from any Scheduled Bank, or via Online payment. There is no tender fee. The bidding process follows a two-cover system. Cover 1, designated as the Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical cover, requires submission of documents such as proof of EMD, contractor enlistment order, work experience certificates, GST registration, an affidavit as per NIT condition 1.3, acceptance of the Integrity Pact, an undertaking on firm's letterhead, ESI and EPF registration, FORM F, power of attorney (if applicable for partnership firms), Annexure-I, II, III, and any other documents specified in the NIT. Cover 2, the Finance cover, requires the price bid to be submitted strictly in the provided BOQ (Bill of Quantity) format.
