The India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), a Central Government Ministry/Department, through its Senior Manager (Electrical) based at the Business Centre, CVC, Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, invites sealed bids for Tender Reference Number 169/ITPO/BM/EE/CVC/HVAC/2026. This open tender seeks consultancy services for a comprehensive project involving the Feasibility Study, Detailed Design, Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Cost Estimates, and Tender Documents for the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of a Centralized Heating System for the Convention Centre, Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
