The Military Engineer Services (MES), through the E-IN-C BRANCH, specifically the Chief Engineer (R and D) Delhi, located at HQ Chief Engineer R and D Delhi, Probyn Road, Timarpur, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender under Tender Reference Number CE RnD/DLI-15/DLI/2026-27 (Tender ID: 2026_MES_771828_1).
