The Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC), a State Government and UT organization, invites eligible agencies to submit proposals for the "REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR ENGAGEMENT OF A SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT AND CREATIVE AGENCY FOR DSIIDC". This open tender, with a Tender Reference Number IPD-RFP, seeks to engage a qualified agency for social media management and creative services for a period of 365 days, with an estimated tender value of ₹2,20,00,000. Key eligibility criteria for prospective bidders include: legal registration in India (Company/LLP/Partnership Firm/Proprietorship), valid empanelment with the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC) as a Multi-Agency, a minimum average annual turnover of ₹10 crore during the last three completed financial years, positive net worth, office presence in more than one city in India, at least 50 full-time executives/professionals on payroll, experience in undertaking at least three qualifying assignments, capability to develop content in English, Hindi, and other Indian languages, possession of valid PAN and GST registration, and not having been blacklisted/debarred by any Central/State Government Department or PSU.
