Work Description - Tender For Exclusive Outdoor Advertisement Rights On Selected Civil Structures Of Blue Line Dwarka Subcity And Yellow Line Samaypur Badli To New Delhi Of Dmrc Network In Two Separate Schedules

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) is inviting sealed bids for the exclusive outdoor advertisement rights on selected civil structures along the Blue Line (Dwarka Subcity section) and the Yellow Line (Samaypur Badli to New Delhi section) of the DMRC network. This tender, reference number DMRC/PB-49, is for miscellaneous works and will be conducted as an open tender with one cover. Bidders will be required to submit scanned copies of tender fee and EMD paid through RTGS/NEFT/IMPS, along with self-attested copies of PAN card, GST registration certificate, profit and loss account/balance sheet, all annexures on official letterhead, other relevant documents as per tender and NIT conditions, and attested copies of Memorandum and Article of Association with POA, and the Price Bid in XLS format. The earnest money deposit (EMD) is fixed at ₹4,16,038, and the tender fee is ₹29,500, both payable to DMRC PROPERTY BUSINESS ACCOUNT 307801110050003 at NEW DELHI. The tender documents are available for download from June 24, 2026, 03:00 PM, until August 12, 2026, 03:00 PM, with the bid submission deadline on August 12, 2026, at 03:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM at 3rd Floor Metro Bhawan. The bid opening will take place on August 13, 2026, at 03:00 PM at the same location. The contract form is item rate, and the bid validity period is 180 days. The period of work is for 1096 days.
