The Delhi Development Authority (DDA), a Central Government organization, invites eligible and DEA Empaneled Transaction Advisors to submit proposals for Tender Reference Number RFP NO. 01/EE/NMD-2/DDA/2025-26. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to engage a Transaction Advisor to provide comprehensive advisory services for the ambitious project of repurposing the Rajghat Power Plant in Delhi into a vibrant one-stop entertainment destination under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode. The scope of work is anticipated to span 300 days, with a bid validity period of 120 days. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 10,00,000 is required, payable to SR.
