Work Description - Improvement Of 30.0 M R/w Roads In Sector 20, 21 And 22 Rohini For The Year 2026-27.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA), through its Executive Engineer, Rural and Master Planning Division-2 (EE, RMD-2, DDA), is inviting bids for the "Improvement of 30.0 m R/W Roads in Sector 20, 21 and 22 Rohini for the year 2026-27". This is an open tender categorized under Civil Works, with a tender value of ₹6,04,96,288 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹12,09,926, equivalent to 2.0% of the tender value. The period of work is stipulated to be 120 days, with a bid validity of 75 days.
