Work Description - Providing Equipment And Manpower For The Demolition Programme/removal Of Encroachment From The Dda Land Under The Jurisdiction Of Hcd-9

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for providing equipment and manpower for the demolition programme/removal of encroachment from DDA land under the jurisdiction of HCD-9. Tender Reference Number is 54/EE/HCD-9/DDA/2025-26. The estimated tender value is ₹93,34,707, with a period of work of 365 days. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,86,695 is required, payable to Sr. A.O. (CAU) Horticulture in New Delhi, via RTGS/NEFT. Tender documents can be downloaded from April 2nd, 2026, 02:00 PM until April 7th, 2026, 03:00 PM. The deadline for bid submission is April 7th, 2026, 03:00 PM, and bids will be opened on April 8th, 2026, at 03:30 PM at the office of EE/HCD-9/DDA. This is a two-cover system, with the first cover containing the scanned copy of EMD proof via RTGS/NEFT, Enlistment Order, proof of e-tendering fee deposited with CRB cell of DDA, GST registration certificate, Tender Acceptance Letter, EPFO and ESIC registration certificate, cancelled cheque for EMD refund, and a compliance undertaking.
