Work Description - Providing Of 14 Nos. Beldar (unskilled) For Day To Day Horticulture Work At Squash And Badminton Stadium.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA), through its Assistant Director (Horticulture) at the Squash and Badminton Stadium, Siri Fort Road, New Delhi, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender under the 'Works' category. This tender is for the critical service of providing 14 unskilled Beldar personnel to undertake day-to-day horticulture work essential for the maintenance of the DDA Squash and Badminton Stadium. The estimated value for this 'Percentage' form of contract is ₹36,12,336, and the period of work is set for 365 days. Importantly, there is no Tender Fee associated with this procurement. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in a two-cover system. The first cover, designated for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical, must encompass a comprehensive set of documents including, but not limited to, a Tender Acceptance Letter, Tender Application Form, Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) for EMD, Permanent Account Number (PAN), GST registration with latest returns, ESI and EPF registrations, a Chartered Accountant-certified Turnover Certificate, completion certificates for similar works, Networth certificate, various undertakings, and a Letter of Integrity Pact. The second cover is reserved for the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). All submitted bids will maintain a validity period of 75 days from the bid opening date.
