The Delhi Development Authority (DDA), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the work of M/O Completed scheme under Nazul A/c-II/HZ, specifically focusing on providing manpower for day-to-day maintenance works including mason, plumber, skilled and unskilled workers for miscellaneous repair works and permanent supervision of activities at Mehra. This is a two-cover system where Cover 1 consists of scanned copies of EMD deposit proof and scanned copy of annual e-tender registration fee with CRB and Cover 2 consists of price bid. Tenderers must also submit scanned copies of Contractor Registration Board (CRB) enlistment proof, GST registration certificate with up-to-date returns, Tender Acceptance Letter, EPFO and ESIC registration certificates, cancelled cheque, undertaking letter, and Performa for Additional Performance Guarantee.
