Work Description - Maintenance Of Various Sports Complexes/golf Courses. (a/r And M/o Work At Chilla Sports Complex For The Year 2026-27).

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA), a Central Government Ministry/Department, is hereby inviting sealed bids for the "Maintenance of Various Sports Complexes/Golf Courses. (A/R and M/O work at Chilla Sports Complex for the year 2026-27)". This is an open tender for Civil Works, with an estimated tender value of ₹27,97,873 and a bid validity period of 75 days. The work is to be completed within 45 days. Bidders are required to submit their bids in two covers. Cover 1 will comprise Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹55,957 (2.0% of the estimated cost), proof of registration with the Contractors Registration Board (CRB) of DDA, proof of experience in similar nature of work, financial turnover, solvency certificate, GST registration, ESIC and EPFO registration certificates, and a tender acceptance letter, among other specified documents. Cover 2 will contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The EMD is payable offline, and EMIs through BG/ST or exemption are not allowed. There is no tender fee for this bid. The tender documents will be available for download from August 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM, and the last date for document download and bid submission is August 19, 2026, at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on August 20, 2026, at 03:30 PM at the office of the Tender Inviting Authority, EE/SD-2/DDA, Seedbed Park, Shakarpur, Delhi – 110092.
