The Delhi Development Authority (DDA), through its inviting authority EE(E)/ELD-10/DDA, B2B Janakpuri, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Reference Number: 08/EE (E)/ELD-10/DDA/2026-27) for the "Maintenance of pump set and EI various places at Dwarka." This critical works project encompasses a broad scope, including the hiring of tractor PTO driven positive displacement rotary lobe equipment and the essential servicing, repairing, and overhauling of Diesel Engine Driven Mobile pump sets at the DDA workshop in Mayapuri. The estimated Tender Value for this work is ₹1,57,18,303, with a mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,14,366, payable to "Sr AO CAU Dwarka" at New Delhi via RTGS or NEFT, as no exemption is allowed. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in a two-cover system. Cover 1 (Fee/PreQual/Technical) mandates submission of proof of EMD payment, a valid electrical license, valid enlistment order of the Contractor, GST registration certificate, Net Worth Certificate (not more than 12 months old), EPFO and ESIC registration copies, Tender Acceptance Letter, financial turnover certificate for the last 5 consecutive years, a notarized Article-4 affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper, self-attested photocopies of work completion certificates, an undertaking regarding blacklisting status, a Letter of Transmittal, an affidavit with definite proof of owning at least 08 Nos of vehicles (Tractor/Tipper/JCB/Hydra/Loader) with valid registration/DL, and documents of ownership for 03 Nos. of TATA-407/similar vehicles. Cover 2 (Finance) will contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The bid validity period is 75 days.
