The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), a Public Sector Undertaking, through the Director, CSIR-CRRI, invites Open Tenders for the "Renovation of Council Hall at CSIR-CRRI, Mathura Road, New Delhi - 110025". This works contract, with a Tender Reference Number CRRI/QSP/ESD/03/Ren. of Council Hall/2026-27, encompasses a comprehensive scope including dismantling of existing structures, extensive civil works such as brickwork, plastering, concrete work, and specialized flooring (marble/bamboo wood), stone work, false ceilings, and wood polishing. Additionally, the renovation covers electrical installations including point wiring, circuits, spotlights, MCBs, as well as advanced audio-visual systems comprising microphones, control units, speakers, projectors, and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems. The estimated tender value is ₹1,79,64,720/-, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,60,000/- and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,000/-, both payable to "DIRECTOR CRRI" at CSIR-CRRI NEW DELHI, primarily via NEFT or RTGS. The contract is based on an Item Rate form and has a stipulated period of work of 250 days, with a bid validity of 120 days. Critical dates for this tender include the e-publication and document download/bid submission start date on 15-Jul-2026 at 05:00 PM, with the document download and bid submission concluding on 30-Jul-2026 at 05:00 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on 31-Jul-2026 at 05:00 PM at CSIR-CRRI, New Delhi. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in two covers: Cover 1 (Fee/PreQual/Technical) must include proof of tender cost and EMD deposit, GST, PAN, specific undertakings (Annexure-I), experience certificates for similar works, valid electrical license or undertaking, and a mandatory declaration of approved product makes (Annexure-A); Cover 2 (Finance) will contain the Financial Bid/BOQ.
