The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), specifically AE(E)-4, DED-102, situated at B-520, IP Bhawan, New Delhi - 110002, invites Open tenders for various Electrical Works under NIT/RFP No. 84/AE(E)-2/DED-102/2026-27/DELHI. The tendered work, titled "MOEI & fans at SC/DHC Judges Bungalows under SD-II/DED-102, New Delhi," primarily involves the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) and replacement of Water Pump Automation Systems at SC/DHC Judges bungalows and other associated bungalows. Eligible applicants, including Electrical, General, Composite, and Non-CPWD Contractors, must furnish a comprehensive set of mandatory documents. These include the EMD and proof of its deposition, the contractor's enlistment order (if applicable), certificates of work experience, an affidavit as per CPWD-6, GST registration with acknowledgment, a copy of the PAN Card, a valid Electrical Contractor License or an undertaking thereof, and an undertaking as per Annexure-A. For specialized agencies or Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) not enlisted with CPWD, additional financial criteria apply, requiring a certificate of average annual financial turnover of at least ₹ 2,96,169/- (50% of the estimated cost) for the last three years from a Chartered Accountant, as well as a Net Worth Certificate of a minimum of ₹ 88,851/- (15% of the estimated cost) issued by a certified Chartered Accountant within the last year.
