The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the work of Providing & Fixing False Ceiling at 3rd Floor OT Area, 5th Floor Oncology Ward (C&D Ward) in Hospital Building and some portions in Institute Building at CAPFIMS, Maidangarhi, New Delhi. NIT/RFP NO is 04/EE(C)/CAPFIMS-I/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 81,86,167, and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹ 1,63,723, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG, in favor of EE&SM( C) -2. The tender documents can be downloaded from 25-Mar-2026 02:28 PM to 01-Apr-2026 03:00 PM. The deadline for bid submission is 01-Apr-2026 03:00 PM, and the bid opening will occur on 01-Apr-2026 03:30 PM. The time allowed for the completion of the work is 4 months. Mandatory documents include a copy of receipt for deposition of EMD, the EMD itself, enlistment order of contractors in the appropriate category, GST Registration, Contact Details, and an undertaking by the contractor declaring that they have not been debarred/blacklisted. Furthermore, existing enlisted contractors, or their authorized representatives, must have completed compulsory ERP training through recognized CPWD institutes.
