Work Description - M/o Garden Area Attached To Different Hort. Works Under Hort. Division-iii, Cpwd, New Delhi Dg. 2026-27 (sh: Providing, Stacking And Displaying Of Indoor/foliage Potted Plants)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Horticulture Sub Division-3/III, located at IP Bhawan, New Delhi 110002, hereby invites Open Tenders (NIT/RFP NO: 22/2026-27/DD/HD-III/DELHI/1to3) from eligible contractors for the comprehensive 'Maintenance of Garden area attached to different Horticulture works under Hort. Division-III, CPWD, New Delhi Dg. 2026-27 (SH: Providing, stacking and displaying of indoor/foliage potted plants)'. This critical Horticulture and Development Works project, with an estimated cost of ₹ 57,47,640 (Fifty Seven Lakh Forty Seven Thousand Six Hundred and Forty Rupees), requires a completion period of 4 months. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,14,953 is required, payable in favor of Dy. Director (Hort.), Hort. Division-III, CPWD, New Delhi, and can be submitted via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
