The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the work of "Providing & fixing welded mesh and replacement of damaged profile sheet of creche, miscellaneous repairs, finishing works in DEC Building and renovation of Student Service Centre (SSC) Building Block No. 3,5,6,9,12,16,17 and extended portion of Block No. 12 of Temporary Campus at IGNOU Campus, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi (SH: Civil and Electrical Works)". The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 2,01,36,693 with a time allowance of 8 months. Tender documents can be downloaded from 07-May-2026 02:47 PM to 14-May-2026 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically between 07-May-2026 02:47 PM and 14-May-2026 03:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 14-May-2026 03:30 PM. A mandatory EMD of ₹ 4,02,734 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, P Division, CPWD, Andrews Ganj, New Delhi.
