The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for horticulture and development works, specifically for the maintenance of the garden area attached to GPRA Income Tax Colony, Pitampura, under HSD-2/VI, CPWD, New Delhi dg. 2025-26, involving clearing grass, removing garden waste, and pruning/trimming trees. This project, NIT/RFP NO 80/2025-26/DD/HD-VI/DELHI/2, is estimated to cost ₹93,147 with a time allowance of 15 days. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,863 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of Dy. Director Horticulture Division VI CPWD, New Delhi. Mandatory documents for submission include the Enlistment Order of the Contractor, Scanned copy of EMD, Copy of Receipt for deposition of original EMD, Undertaking regarding contractor near relative, Site Inspection Undertaking, GST Registration Certificate (or undertaking if not obtained), Copy of ERP Training Certificate, and PAN Card.
