The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the Annual Repair and Maintenance (A/R & M/O) of various electrical equipments, including EI installations, VRV/VRF systems, Access Control Systems, Flap Barriers, R/O units, Water Coolers, and Air Quality Monitoring Systems at the Defence Office Complex located at Africa Avenue and KG Marg, New Delhi, for the year 2025-26, specifically for miscellaneous electrical works related to day-to-day maintenance at KG Marg (all blocks) and Africa Avenue (A & B Blocks). This composite tender, NIT/RFP NO 30/EE(E)/DED-203/2025-26 (1st Recall), carries an estimated cost of ₹ 17,09,550 and requires an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 34,191 payable in favor of the Executive Engineer(E), ECD-II, CPWD, Sena Bhawan, New Delhi, through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
