Work Description - Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Of 2x750 Kva Dg Set At Lkm Complex, New Delhi.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the "Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of 2x750 KVA DG set at LKM Complex, New Delhi." This electrical and maintenance work project, NIT/RFP NO 119/EE(E)/DED-101/2025-26 Recall-1, carries an estimated cost of ₹ 9,14,996 with a completion timeline of 12 months. A percentage-based bid is required, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 18,300 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer (E), DED-101, CPWD, New Delhi. Interested bidders, especially non-CPWD contractors, must submit comprehensive documentation, including Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR/ Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank against EMD, CPWD Enlistment Order.(For CPWD contractor only) Certificates of work experience as per NIT, Certificates of Financial Turnover from CA(For Non-CPWD contractor only), Certificates of any Profit Or Loss from CA(For Non-CPWD contractor only), Bankers Certificate Or Networth Certificate as per NIT (For Non-CPWD contractor only), Certificate of Registration for GST, Firms contact details Telephone and Email, ERP Training Certificate if already obtained by the bidder. If non-enlisted contractor shall take compulsory ERP training through any of the CPWD Regional Training Institutes (RTIs) at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata, National CPWD Academy (NCA) Ghaziabad, Training arranged by Graduates of ERP (Training the Trainers Programme, Conducted by NCA) Ghaziabad or through any other special training arranged by ERP unit of CPWD within two months from the date of issue of Intent letter.
