Work Description - Annual Routine And Maintenance Operation Of Various Equipments Like Ei Installations, Vrv/vrf, Access Control System, Flap Barriers, R/o Water Cooler, Air Quality Monitoring Systems Of Defence Office Complex, Africa Avenue (a, B Block) And Kg Marg, New Delhi Dg. 2025-26. The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Executive Engineer (E) DED 203, located at Vidyut Bhawan, invites open tenders from eligible NON-CPWD CONTRACTORS for the comprehensive annual routine and maintenance operation of various critical equipment. This extensive scope includes EI installations, VRV/VRF systems, Access Control Systems, Flap Barriers, R/O water coolers, and Air Quality monitoring systems at the Defence Office Complex, Africa Avenue (A, B Block) and KG Marg, New Delhi, specifically for the period 2025-26. The tender's primary focus, classified under Electrical Works, is the annual comprehensive maintenance of the Access Control System, including Flap Barriers, installed at the aforementioned DOC locations. This project, with an estimated cost of ₹ 55,58,508 and a completion period of 12 months, is designated as NIT/RFP No. 24/EE(E)/DED-203/2026-27 (1st Recall) and Tender ID 161558.
