The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the work of RMO (Repair, Maintenance & Operation) of various electromechanical services at Western Court Annexe and Western Court Hostel, Janpath, New Delhi, under Sd-2, DED-201, for the duration of 2025-27. This includes comprehensive maintenance of 3 Nos. Lifts. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 13,80,408 (Thirteen Lakh Eighty Thousand Four Hundred and Eight Rupees), with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 27,608 payable in favour of Executive Engineer(E), PWED-2, CPWD, New Delhi, through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
