Work Description - M/o Garden Area Attached To Different Bungalows Under Sub-division 3/hd-1, Cpwd, New Delhi, During 2026-27. Sh: Complete Maintenance Of Garden Features And Maintenance Of Kitchen Garden.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), specifically its Horticulture Division-1, hereby invites open percentage bids for a significant contract detailed as "M/o Garden area attached to different bungalows under Sub-Division 3/HD-1, CPWD, New Delhi, during 2026-27. SH: Complete maintenance of garden features and maintenance of kitchen garden." This crucial horticulture and development work, identified by NIT/RFP No. 21/DD/HD-1/2026-27/3 and Tender ID 157926, seeks capable contractors to ensure comprehensive garden and kitchen garden maintenance. The project involves the complete upkeep of garden features and kitchen gardens across various bungalows, with an estimated cost of ₹ 93,40,208 (Ninety Three Lakh Forty Thousand Two Hundred and Eight Rupees). The successful bidder will be responsible for executing this work over a period of 12 months, commencing from the award date. Prospective bidders are informed that the tender documents became available and bid submission commenced on 11-Jun-2026 at 04:13 PM. All pre-bid queries must be submitted by 17-Jun-2026 at 01:00 PM. The final deadline for both document download and bid submission is 18-Jun-2026 at 04:30 PM, with the bids scheduled to be opened on the same day at 04:40 PM. Submitted bids will maintain a validity period of 30 days from the bid opening date. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,86,804 is required, payable to the Deputy Director(Horticulture), Horticulture Division-1, CPWD, Ashoka Complex, South Avenue, New Delhi, through accepted modes such as DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
